About the Space
Located in Lik Zama II, right in the heart of Aldea Zama, Tulum's premier neighborhood, Studio D-113 is a comfortable, well-equipped space for up to 4 guests.
The building features a rooftop swimming pool, gym, and Smart Lock entry. Inside you'll find everything you need: a queen size bed, king sofa bed, 55" Smart TV, 150 Mbps fiber optic internet, A/C, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The Tulum beach is just 10 minutes away, and the famous Mayan ruins are only 20 minutes from the door.
Your Other Home
D-113 is built for it. The 150 Mbps fiber optic connection handles multiple simultaneous video calls without breaking a sweat, exactly what you need when two people are on back-to-back meetings.
Many guests stay 2 weeks or more (including the owner). You develop a real rhythm here: morning coffee, focused work, and then Tulum right outside your door. Walk to a new restaurant in Aldea Zama, stroll through streets with a completely different energy, and feel what it's like to actually live in one of Mexico's most exciting cities, not just visit it.
This is your base.
Then you came to the right place. Cenotes, Mayan ruins, Caribbean beach clubs, jungle nightlife, and world-class restaurants. Tulum has more than most people manage to explore in a short trip.
Give yourself the time to actually live it. Sleep in. Take a morning dip in the rooftop pool. Grab a coffee in Aldea Zama and decide where the day takes you. No itinerary required.
Stay a week. Stay two. You'll see why people keep coming back.
